At this point I don't know how much of my work out I can put on this page. I need to check copyright laws, I'll probably put it all on sooner or later and just end up giving them credit (them the publishers/developers). I'm using a workout by Cybergenics, the Total Body System or something. For now, let it suffice to say that this workout is a BEAST. You do every exercise to positive and negative failure. On leg day, I won't be able to stand let alone walk. Check back and I'll let you know what it is, how its going, and if I change the new workout will be added.
