All the supplements I use are developed by EAS, which is a rule of the contest. At this point I am only taking two; Betagen and Myoplex Plus Deluxe. I'm supposed to be taking two others, I got this from "Sports Supplement Review", written by the CEO of EAS and all the information about the stack and products as well as the names are copyright EAS. I'm on a weight loss stack, I want to lose some weight so I take these 2 supplements for the next 8 weeks.
As I understand it Betagen is an incredible supplement that is basically the do-all end-all. It is a mixture of pure creatine monohydrate and HMB. Together they are suppose to add cell volumizing to my muscle cells, prevent the break down of muscles, give me more energy, and prevent carbs from being stored as fat.
Myoplex Plus Deluxe is a nutritional supplement that I am using to help make 6 well balanced meals a day. I need all the good stuff (protein 42g's, carbs, potassium, etc...--its a big list), and there really isn't a more convenient way for me to get a good balance.
I am not a sports nutritionist and I don't feeling like copying word for word out of the book what each supplement does. If you are confused then check out the EAS Home Page and find out all the facts from the manufacturer.
I am a guinea pig. I'm taking these two supplements with a beast of a workout. I'll be proof whether or not supplements work for me. If you want to find out if they work for you, try them, what can you loose?
